What is Microfiber?
Microfiber is the environmentally friendly
material that provides a safe, easy way to tackle almost any
cleaning job, with just water! Microfiber is a man-made fiber
containing polyester (the scrubbing material) and polyamide, a
nylon by-product (the absorbing and quick drying material).
Strands are approximately 1/20th the thickness of silk threads
and are designed to scrape up dirt, dust, grease and grime, and
trap the particles inside the “split” fibers, without scratching
the surface. This lint-free, streak-free, super absorbent
material can be used dry to dust, polish and buff. Microfiber
absorbs 7-10 times its weight in moisture. A cloth dampened with
water cleans most washable surfaces without chemical cleaners or
solvents.

How Do I Use Microfiber?
Use Microfiber dry to dust off all surfaces,
including furniture, flat screen TVS, counter tops, cars, RVs,
motorcycles. Dampen the cloth or sprits surfaces with water
(warm or hot is preferable) to clean surfaces. Use for bath,
beauty, and personal care; pet care; all household cleaning;
auto, RV, boats, and motorcycle cleaning and detailing. Throw
the cloths in the washer and dryer. But remember not to use
strong bleach or fabric softener (liquid or sheets). Avoid
laundering with high nap fabrics such as cotton terry and sweat
shirts.

Microfiber Weaves |
|
Terry Weave:
Thousands of tiny angled edges literally “grip
and rip” dirt, grime, mildew and stains off surfaces and then
“locks” it inside like a magnet until rinsed off. Terry weave is
preferred for general cleaning and/or tougher cleaning projects.
Great as an exfoliating face cloth. Dry, use to dust; wet, use
to scrub. Use to buff/remove polish.

Ultra Plush Terry Weave (360 grams):
This high quality towel is very soft.
It is the ultimate Detailing Towel. One side has long fibers for
quick detail and waterless car wash applications where dirt must
be carried away from the paint surface. The shorter pile is
preferred for buffing polish and wax residue and cleaning
windows. The cloth banding adds extra protection.

Ultra Plush Terry Weave (400 grams):
This cloth is similar to the 360 gram Ultra
Plush Terry. It is heavier and not quite as soft, and has a
satin edge banding rather than cloth. Auto/Truck/RV/Motorcycle
Detailers love this towel because of its great cutting ability
combined with gentle treatment of surfaces.

Waffle Weave:
“Honeycomb” textured finish with super
moisture absorbing capabilities. This towel construction soaks
up more water than other microfiber weaves, because as the towel
travels across the surface, the ridges of the waffle trap the
water and give the microfiber more time to absorb the water. It
can absorb over 7 times its weight in water. Preferred chamois and kitchen
towel. Also preferred for drying pets. Use as a microdermabrasion face cloth!
